Refund & Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items.

Eligibility:

• Must be returned in original condition and packaging

• Custom-built watches or limited edition dials are not eligible for returns unless defective

Return Shipping:

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective

Refunds:

• Processed once we receive the returned item and inspect it

• Original shipping cost is non-refundable
